    Coral Springs Resort is near the Coral Canyon Golf Course. It is off the I-15 at SR9.  Coral Ridge is nearby across State Route 9 (SR9) at the Coral Canyon Golf Course.  Sand Hollow is about 3 miles to the east off SR9.  These are a sample of the where our rental properties are located.

    Zion National Park is very close. It is approximately 40 miles or about an hour or less depending on the driver from any of our properties.  Bryce Canyon is approximately 125-130 miles. There are 3 different routes to choose from. The longest is the shortest in time and easiest drive of about 2 ½ hours. The shorter drive is nearly 3 hours mostly due to terrain. These times depend on weather and the driver. The drive to Bryce Canyon is beautiful for most of the distance going through mountain beauty. The drive to Zion is also beautiful but in a different way that is more mountain/desert until you get close. Snow Canyon and it's red rock unique beauty is north/west of Saint George so it is very close to Coral Springs Resort of approximately 30 minutes. All three are unique and spectacular. 

   Cedar Breaks is north on I-15 to Cedar City. Exit to highway 14 up the gorgeous mountain. It will take over an hour from the resort. Pass Cedar Breaks continuing north is Brian Head ski area, east is Panquitch Lake down the other side of Cedar mountain to Panquitch. This is an optional route to Bryce Canyon to the south. If you decide to take a trip north from Panquitch on Highway 89 you will see the Big Rock Candy Mountain about another 30-45 minutes. Too many other marvelous sites to list here.

   Saint George and Washington City are melded together so it is difficult to tell where one starts and the other begins. The properties are just north of city proper with Washington being closest. These are south of along I-15. Hurricane is to the east on SR9 (state route) on the way to Zion or Bryce. Either direction is approximately 4-5 miles give or take to the center of the city (Washington or Hurricane) with Saint George a very short distance south about 1 mile.  Depending on what part of the cities you are headed for depends on the distance. Easy access.

   Eastward on SR9, about 1 miles is Quail Lake.  About 3 miles is the turnoff to Sand Hollow Reservoir, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, scuba or snorkling, skiing.   

   Coral Springs Resort has two pools and two spas. One pair indoors, one outdoors. The indoor is heated. There are tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and more. Reminder no smoking or pets on the premises. There is also plenty of areas for walks and mostly level. The other properties also have many amenities for the guests. 

   Saint George and Washington both have more paved and unpaved walking/bike paths than anyone could ever imagine. Some are level and easy to traverse while others are for the more advanced adventurer. There are also numerous hiking trails.

Grocery stores that are closest:

 

  1. Hurricane Wal-Mart at about 2 1/2-3 miles. Hurricane Grocery store-- Lin's Fresh Market (SR9) 1120 W State St (used to be Albertson's) is an easy 8 miles into Hurricane, Dixie Nurtrition (health food) 57 S Main St - just off of SR9 Hurricane. Easy access/drive

  2. Washington Wal-mart about 5 miles with an Albertson's across the street to the west passed Home Depot, or Costco south. One route is freeway southbound to exit 10, south under the freeway to Telegraph Rd at the light....left to Wal-Mart, right to Albertson's, straight to Costco on the right. Option 2 is go under SR9 out of the resort to Telegraph Rd. Stay on Telegraph for about 5 easy miles. Wal-Mart will be on the left. Continue passed Wal-mart through the next light/intersection. There is Albertson's on the left. Turn left at that intersection where Costco will be on the right.
