What are the arrival and departure times? Can I arrive early or depart late?
The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at a different time. A fee of $25.00 might apply to make these arrangements. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night. How do I check-in to the condo?
All condos are secured by a keyless combination lock. The code and instructions are received via email when you book the condo. There is no front-desk or on-site office. For on-site help, call 1-866-984-2008 or 435-862-6720 or 435-773-8785
Do we have access to all facilities at the Resorts?
As a guest of Ocotillo Resorts you have unlimited access to Resort pool areas, playgrounds,exercise rooms and sports courts. Your condo will provide you with either a key or keyfob to enter these areas.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations and changes are accepted 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you need to cancel your reservation please send us an email 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you need to make minor changes to your reservation with no cancellation, please email 30 days proir to your arrival date, there will be no charge for any changes 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after the 30 day grace period , there will be NO REFUND given on the reservation. You may change your reservation to another date with us, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be associated with this change after the 30 day grace period. CANCELLATION EMAILS can be sent to us at ocotilloresorts@gmail.com with the last name the reservation was made under and the arrival date and reservation transaction #. We will reply with an email, this will serve as proof of your cancellation or change. Balances on all reservations are due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your credit card will be charged the balance on the set date prior your arrival. If the credit card is not valid and no correction is made 10 days prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation. The credit card provided for payment on all reservations, serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, any damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.
Do you have discounted weekly and monthly rentals or winter rentals?
We do have weekly and monthly rentals. There are non-Peak rates available with the rates listed on each condo. If you are not able to find these please contact us at 1-866-984-2008 #22.
Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in the complex. We may be able to find 'pet friendly' accommodations at a neighboring complex. Please email us with dates and condo type and mention you are looking for pet friendly accommodations.
What are the additional charges besides the room rate?
Utah State Sales (6.25%), Lodging (4.25%), and City Innkeepers (1%) taxes are collected on all rentals except on stays over 30 days. A one time cleaning fee is also charged, fees depend on the size of your unit and will be listed with the condo information.
Are towels and linens provided?
Yes - towels and linens are provided, but beach towels for the pool areas are not provided.
Is high-speed internet access available?

Does the condo include phone use?
No phone service is included with the condo, however some Owners have phone service.
Is an elevator available?

Do we need to clean the condo before departure?
No you have paid to have the cleaning done however we would like all dirty linens and towels put in the bathtubs and all dirty dishes ran through the dishwasher when you depart our units. There is a charge for units that are left excessivley dirty beyond the normal.
Do we get a refund if we find a scorpion,cockroach, spider, lizard etc.. in our condo or home?
This is the Southern Utah Desert and home to many little creatures year round. Our Condos are sprayed on a regular basis, but that does not always prevent Scorpions,Cockroaches, lizards and spiders from entering the units. It is rare to see one of these critters but does happen on occasion. It is more likely that you will encounter one of these, outside of your condo rather than inside. There will not be a refund for finding one of these in your condo or home.
Are garages available? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?
There is plenty of parking at most of our complexes. Covered parking or Garages are available at most of our facilities. It should be noted on the information given with your rental. I made a reservation and have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?
Please send an email to ocotilloresorts@gmail.com with the name in which the reservation was made and your phone number. If your check-in date is within one day or you will not have access to your email within one day, please call 1-866-984-2008 #22.
Are St. George golf course packages or Tuacahn theatre packages available?

Am I guaranteed to stay in the condo I reserved?
Condo changes are infrequent but on occasion, a change is necessary. If a change is required, we will do everything within our control to find a condo that is equivalent or a better condo at the same rate or discounted price.
